	Dear Joe, Joe, from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for an incredible party! You were certainly a hit, particularly with my female relatives—they loved hearing you sing! Joe, would you tell him how much I appreciate his work? He's truly gifted! During...and since the party, everyone raved about Domenic's creations: He makes food an art form. I didn't have a chance to sit down and eat as much as I would have liked because I was visiting friends; however, I was given food samples as I hopped from table to table. Everything was so fresh! The beef was melt-in-your mouth, and the Sushi Bar was a great surprise for Susan. It was the best sushi we've ever had! The colours, textures and tastes—all meticulously thought out and executed by Domenic! He's passionate about food and it shows! Please Joe, don't ever lose Domenic—he's a keeper...the REAL DEAL. Susan and I are traveling on business for the next couple of months: England, Florida and Ireland. When we get back at the end of June, we'll give you a call and take you, Heather, Ashlee and Domenic to the Granite for dinner—a night when John's there.
